Good Afternoon. We have been home for officially three weeks. Schools closed unexpectedly on Thursday, March 12. Now, schools are closed for the rest of the school year. Like most of the country, we are supposed to stay at home until at least June 10. Initially, this was a surprising and almost overwhelming thought.
The day before the announcement that schools would be closed, I went to the store. Costco was out of what I wanted. I said a prayer that God would give me what I need. I went to Target, and I found it. I remember thinking that it was not exactly what I wanted, but it was what I needed.
I realized that I would be in a position of faith for awhile.
When we are almost out of what you need, God will provide for us. Today, my husband what to Costco and found what I wanted. It took three weeks, and I am so thankful for this product that I once took for granted. During the wait, I had what I needed.
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
–Philippians 4:19 (NKJV)
God is always faithful. God is always good. God knows what we need. It may not be what we think we want, but it will be what we need.
Yes, yes! Our God is faithful, even when we are faithless
