Choosing Faith Each Day, Corinthians

Keep Trying

On those days when the world seems to be spinning out of control, hang in there and keep on trying. Lately, I have to pray a little more. I feel like the world is shouting and jumping up and down all around me. Being immersed in social media feeds, certainly does not help me. I have to read the bible a few times, before my mind becomes quiet, and I can really hear God’s message.

Even if you feel like you are hanging by a thread, while chaos abounds, hold on for dear life. Keep the faith. Be steadfast in your pursuit to do the Lord’s work. Be immovable. Keep trying! You will abound in the work of the Lord, and your efforts will not be in vain.

God gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone is welcome. You just have to believe in your heart that Jesus died for our sins.

“O Death, where is your sting?
O Hades, where is your victory?”
The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

—1 Corinthians 15:55-58 NKJV
