God sees everything that we do. God knows our hearts. We all struggle with something, and we will never be perfect. We can choose to keep trying to do better everyday. God sees our internal struggles. God hears us when we cry out to him. When we just can’t do it anymore, God is waiting for our prayers, so he can help us get through it. Whatever our “it” is, God knows. God sees us.
We can ponder all our paths. If I make this choice, what are the possible outcomes? Is this choice worth any of the possible outcomes? Sometimes we are strong in some areas and weak in others. Sometimes, its so hard to change. I need all the help that I can get, and I still mess up every single day. God can help us where we are weak. God can give us strength, if we let go and rely on him.
For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord,
And He ponders all his paths.
—Proverbs 5:21 NKJV
Even though we all make mistakes. Where are our hearts at? Are we trying to do God’s will? God knows that we are weak and sin. God is there to help us do better each day.
It is good to know what God hates, so we can try and keep our hearts pure from the things that God hates.
These six things the Lord hates,
Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:
A proud look,
A lying tongue,
Hands that shed innocent blood,
A heart that devises wicked plans,
Feet that are swift in running to evil,
A false witness who speaks lies,
And one who sows discord among brethren.
—Proverbs 6:16-19 NKJV
I think it is interesting that the list starts with, God hates a proud look. A proud look is when someone wants their will above the will of others and even above God. We can put on an act for the world, but God knows what is inside our hearts. Only God knows what is deep within our hearts.

Though we may not be perfect, yet as Christians we strive toward that mark, that goal of perfection, of holiness. Thanks for the encouragement
