Do you ever feel like you were in a battle at the end of the day? Some days it feels like it was a fight just to get through the day.
The chaos and confusion are not accidents. Evil is in the world. We have to run from it. We have to choose to do what is good.
We know how the story ends, it is all in the Bible. God wins. With God on your side, how can you lose? God has a Heavenly Army. When you do good, God will help you.
It is easy to be passive and not acknowledge good or evil, just trying to get by. Choose a side. Love what is good and hate what is evil. God may have mercy on us. Let God fight your battle for you.
Do what is good and run from evil
so that you may live!
Then the Lord God of Heaven’s Armies will be your helper,
just as you have claimed.
Hate evil and love what is good;
turn your courts into true halls of justice.
Perhaps even yet the Lord God of Heaven’s Armies
will have mercy on the remnant of his people.
