Faith Fills Your Heart

Good Morning. It is a rainy day here so far.

My husband and I were talking last night. He said Christians will face difficulties. I thought about Daniel going into the lion’s den and his friends going into a fiery furnace.

Our hearts have to be faithful to God. If we truly believe in God with all our hearts, we can endure difficulties. God will shelter us and give our hearts peace. People will hate us for being Christians. We just have to endure difficulties in this world and keep our hearts and eyes focused on the Lord.

Mark13-31

And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
–Mark 13:13 (NKJV)

God created heaven and earth, and he can dissolve them at any time. God is faithful. God gave us the bible, so we can read his plan for the world. God’s words will never fail. God’s words will endure forever.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
–Mark 13:31 (NKJV)

We don’t know when Jesus will come back to earth. Our hearts have to be steadfast and seek the Lord daily, so we won’t be caught off guard.

Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is. It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch. Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning—lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”
–Mark 13:33-37 (NKJV)

If Christians will face difficulties, why would we want to be Christians? I have lived with faith and without faith. There is so much peace, when you believe in Jesus. It cannot be measured or compared to anything in this world. Faith is that thing that is missing in your life and heart. Faith makes you feel so secure in Jesus, that you would walk through fire or sit in a lion’s den, for God.

Faith in God fills your heart and makes you complete.
