There is never a bad time to seek the Lord.
You can be at your lowest, feeling no hope, all alone, lost and desperate. God will be the One who answers.
You can be happy and successful, and wonder what is missing, when you seem to have it all. God will be there and make your life complete.
You can feel like you are unworthy, because you have done too many bad things. You may think, you don’t know what I have done. I don’t, but God does. God still loves you and wants you to come to Him.
God takes the worst people and the most highly favored people. God loves us all. You just have to seek Him, repent and ask Him to come into your life.
God is the only One that can take your mess, full of horrible choices, and can turn them into your testimony. One day, you can say look at what I did. It was unforgivable. I didn’t even like myself, but God loved me. God took me in and changed my life.
I read Hosea 10:12 this morning.
Plant the seeds of righteousness. Firmly place the source of development and growth, God, into your life. In return, love will bloom.
Plow the hard ground of your hearts. Take a snow plow to your cold, angry heart. Break down that wall around your heart like a snow plow throwing chunks of snow and clearing the way, so God can shower goodness on you.
It is never too late. Don’t wait. Now, is the time to seek the Lord.
I said, ‘Plant the good seeds of righteousness,
and you will harvest a crop of love.
Plow up the hard ground of your hearts,
for now is the time to seek the Lord,
that he may come
and shower righteousness upon you.’
