We live in a world, where when we read the bible, people say we are in a cult. The most sold book in the world is the bible. I go to a church that studies the bible every week, from cover to cover. It takes years to go through the entire bible. I learn so much every week.
God gave us the bible as a gift. The purpose of life is all in there, just read it.
I went to a Catholic High School, and I remember when the teacher said the bible wasn’t real, just stories. I went home and asked my mom, and she agreed. I was so confused. It took me years to sort through the lies of the world to understand God’s truth is all in there. The bible is God’s living word. The Holy Spirit can give you new meanings and reveal new understanding every time you read it.
In this life, we will have fun and laughter, endure tough times, quiet moments and confusing moments. God is there for us through every emotion.
When we are weak and confused. God is there. God can strengthen us and give us clarity.
When we are sad and lonely, God is there. God can comfort us and give our hearts peace.
When we are happy and rejoicing, God is there. God loves to see us full of joy.
The Lord God is my strength;
He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills.

God is our strength. If we lean on the Lord, God can lift us up. God will fight our battles for us, if we trust in him. Pray and read the bible. It is the best self help book in the world. God can give us hope, comfort and joy.
